Recipient Heifer Management Service.

Following on from a successful service offering over Winter 2014 and Spring 2015 we are happy to offer this service again for the coming breeding season. Our aim is to maximise pregnancies through high quality management practices with attention to detail and by sourcing high quality heifers suitable for carrying embryos.

Carefully sourced heifers are implanted, with clients embryos, on our farm, managed during the critical early pregnancy stage and transferred to the clients herd with an established minimum 60 day pregnancy. The heifers are on our farm for a minimum of 6 weeks prior to implanting. This allows them to undergo stringent health checks and vaccination programmes and also to settle onto a tailored diet, prior to implantation.

Numbers are limited and this service is offered on a no pregnancy, no fee basis.

The first round of heifers will be available for selection in mid October with implanting taking place in late November.
